After a winter of work the sun shone bright on Cruden Bay Golf Club yesterday as member Jon Roberts captured this stunning first look at the new 9th tee.
The extended and at times strenuous walk from the sleepy 8th green for most, worth the effort. As monitored throughout the winter the improvements work overseen by Tom Mackenzie is already proving popular with often the hardest critics, the members!
Just as the walk over the Swilcan Burn at the Old Course St Andrews or the chest puffed pose on the first tee at Royal Dornoch, the view of Cruden Bay’s new and improved 9th tee box is sure to be embed itself as the next mandatory photo opportunity on your golf trip to Scotland.
